• Standard Post $15. Received within 7 business days *
• Express Post $20. Received within 3 business days *
• Items are shipped Mon - Fri between 9am - 5pm.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a SKYN® Shop credit only. 
• SKYN® Shop does NOT offer refunds.

Returns 

Please contact us before attempting to return your order, or any part of your order.

Your return needs to be authorised prior to return otherwise we cannot accept your return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

• Order number 
• Reason for return (see below) 

 

Change of mind

SKYN does not offer Refunds if you change your mind.

If the item is no longer available, we will then arrange a refund via your original payment method.
